Metamorphic Technique

Metamorphic technique  is one of the most powerful but relatively little-known hands-on therapies. A precious little gem of a therapy, this spin-off from reflexology was developed in England in the 1960s by a naturopath Robert St John with the aim to help autistic children.

The technique which was initially called METAMORPHOSIS has been further refined and developed by Gaston Saint Pierre into the Metamorphic technique.

The essense of the Metamorphic technique approach is that  the way we are BORN is the way we act now when something is important to us or we are under pressure

The therapy is potentially life changing. It works by releasing traumatic “body memories” which prevent most people from realizing and fulfilling their life’s true purpose. This is achieved by a specially designed very light massage of the spinal reflexes  in the foot, hand and head. This gentle touch technique acts as a catalist to your body’s own energy systems helping to develop your full potential in life. It this sense Metamorphic technique is more of a technique then a therapy where a therapist facilitates your healing process by significantly contributing their professional knowledge and skills.

We all have our unique natural abilities and talents that we can connect or re-connect with, given the right opportunity. This very gentle but profound technique gives you a unique approach to handling any personal issues on a physical, emotional or mental level.

Metamorphic technique  is beneficial for all ages and safe during pregnancy.
